Oscar’s Tacos and Cantina

Wow! The service was absolutely amazing — from the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of the food they serve, and with good reason! Let’s talk about that birria burrito — it was HUGE, packed with tender, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned, and dripping with deliciousness. Every bite was pure comfort food heaven. Honestly, it might be one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The entire experience was top-notch. You can tell this place puts heart into everything they do. If you're craving authentic, mouthwatering Mexican food served with warmth and care, this is the spot.

Having ample free parking, and plenty of seating space inside, this place already beats most restaurants in Corvallis. They immediately provided fresh complimentary chips and dip upon sitting. My wife and I got a chimichanga and a burrito. The portions were large and the food itself was great. Service was great too. Will definitely come back.

Genuinely the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had. The service is impeccable with friendly, quick and attentive staff. The food is absolutely amazing and never disappoints. Some of my personal favs include their fresh and I mean FRESH tortilla chips and bean dip, as well as their Quesabirria tacos which come loaded with all the fixings. I highly recommend checking Oscar’s out!!

Delicious Birria Tacos, had 3 different kinds and yummy broth for dipping, plus bean dip and salsa with warm chips before the meal. Very affordable and great service as well! It's a new place in Corvallis, with very large room, that the OSU kids will love for sure

I really enjoyed the birria tacos, they were a great portion and delicious flavor. I like that there is a drive-through option, and that I was given plenty of sauce. I would love to come back and try sitting down inside, there looks like theres a lot of good menu options

Dine-in: The service was great, the food was delicious, and the prices didn't break the bank! Our server was super sweet and really quick to gab anything we asked for. Literally no complaints! We did go up to the front to pay, but that's totally fine with me. My fiance and I will be making this our new mexican spot. Why go to Taco Bell when for the same price you can get better, higher quality food. We will be returning!
